Monica’s Hair Salon is located at 393 Broad Street in the north center of Bloomfield. We have been here since 1988. This September will be our 25th anniversary in business!
We are involved in more than just cutting hair, but giving back to our community as well. A few of the ways we give back are:
- Volunteering at Look Good/ Feel Better, an organization that helps women with cancer feel better about themselves by giving them a day of beauty by doing their hair/wigs and makeup)
- Raising money for the United Way of Bloomfield, People to People organization in Bloomfield, and Susan G. Komen for the Cure
- Raising to help out three families in need with presents for their children during this past Christmas season
Here at Monica’s, we enjoy our small and cozy atmosphere. Because of our wonderful clients and staff, everyone feels like part of our family. During the warmer time of year, you are welcome to relax outside on our deck. We guaranteed you will leave laughing with a smile on your face.
We take pride in all our work, whether you are just getting a trim or a completely new look. We spend time consulting with each of you on what you would like us to do.
We now offer cell renewal skin care systems, XTC hair growth system and ear piercing. Color lines that we carry are Rusk, Alloxi, Igora, and Essenity. We also now offer make up by Oré Makeup Design.
